She coordinated our entire trip to Cabo San Lucas—from airfare and airport pickup to butler service at the resort and all of our excursions—and made the whole experience completely effortless. My husband and I had a great time in Las Vegas all planned by our agent Hope! The resort was clean, spacious and staff were friendly. Hope made sure we had all the amenities at the resort to enjoy our stay. She was sure to book our shows for us so we didn’t have to plan our date nights and suggested fun places we may want to visit. All this while being mindful of our budget during the early planning stages and taking into consideration our wants and needs. Hope was great from the start! I contacted her a few months ago, with no real plan, other than "a surprise for my husband" My requirements were someplace We'd never been, a beach and casino. After some research on hope's end, we ended up on a quick getaway to Aruba! Hope booked everything and took care of all the little details. While we were in Aruba, the day before we were scheduled to leave, the airspace around us was shut down.
