Kristy is fantastic! I had never used a travel agent before, and she has completely changed my opinion! I will use her for all our future trips, if possible! Everything was extremely well-organized, and we didn't have to worry about anything - transportation, excursion, condo - everything was taken care of! Plus, she is so nice and so friendly - I couldn't wait to share our vacation details with her!!

There's not enough words to describe my experience. I'm a very hard person to pin down and even harder to get on the phone, so she made it easy with emailing. I loved that she gave me a couple different choices to pick from. We only had 3 weeks to make the vacation happen and she made it happen! When we went to pick up the documents, she answered all of our questions happily (even though my boyfriend took an hr to ask them all). I highly recommend Kristy to book anything for me. In fact we're already talking about next years vacation.
