Lori absolutely exceeded all our expectations. As a travel agent she is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Her expertise is only part of what makes working with her so incredible. She truly made us feel special and showed so much care and patience as we were working through postponing and rescheduling our wedding due to the pandemic. Every step of the way she was there to guide us, support us and give us encouragement. Planning a destination wedding is not the easiest thing to do but with Lori by our side it felt like so much of the weight was lifted. I'm not sure that we could have pulled it off without her! If you are looking for a travel agent I recommend Loir a thousand times over.

I cannot recommend Playa Bella Weddings and Travel enough! Our experience working with Lori, the owner and our travel agent, was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, Lori ensured that our wedding travel process was seamless and convenient for both us and our guests.
Lori went above and beyond by recommending five different resorts in both Cabo and Cancun, where she had experience. She provided detailed insights into the pros and cons of each location, along with her personal favorites to work with, which was incredibly helpful in making our decision for the perfect resort for our big day.
One of the standout features of her service was the beautiful website she created for us. This thoughtful addition made it easy for our guests to access all the necessary information directly from our Knot website. Lori was great to work with! From the very beginning (helping me pick a resort) up until the day before we left for Mexico (confirming travel arrangements), she was very attentive to my needs and communicated very clearly. I had a lot of questions along the way, but she was always quick to respond and help clarify the room block, working with the wedding coordinator, and ensuring things were going as planned.

It was fantastic to work with Lori who assisted with managing accommodations for 100 guests. Her reservation website was easy to work with and provided all the necessary information for guests to make their resort arrangements. Meticulous follow-up and lots of contact helped our guests ensure a most memorable stay. I received many, many comments from our guests praising her services. Lori worked with the resort our daughter chose for her destination wedding. She was able to get good rates for our group and worked hard to get book our guests rooms. I was overwhelmed with all our guests room reservations, but Lori managed to keep everything organized and earned special perks for our group. I was so thankful for her advise and support!
