We loved working with Ashley to plan our first Disney Trip! She helped us with everything from finding the right resort, to walking me through all the parks and rides, to booking all dinner reservations for me. She was always very fast to respond and took time to answer every little question I had, providing me with great recommendations and tips. She even met me for coffee to walk me through the Disney app and how to book all the lightening lane passes. I would definitely recommend Ashley to anyone booking a Disney Trip!

Ashley helped us plan and book a fantastic trip to Disney World for spring break. She is extremely organized, detail-oriented, communicative and helpful. Navigating all the options and booking windows for the best Disney experience can be a lot to manage, but Ashley made it easy and was so wonderful to work with. We had an amazing experience working with Ashley while planning our trip to Disney. Her knowledge of attractions and restaurants was amazing and so helpful. She also helped us navigate the Disney App and Lightening Lanes and how to use both along with our Magic Bands. All of which were new to us since our last visit to Disney. She met with us numerous times for a face to face meeting to make sure we were ready to go. Her recommendation of the Grand Floridian was awesome as staying there made the trip even more magical. We just returned from our Disney girls' trip, and I cannot thank Ashley Mitchell enough for making it the most magical, stress-free experience! She took care of everything from start to finish—finding us the perfect resort, managing our park reservations, snagging hard-to-get dining reservations and all of our transportation. Her insider knowledge of the best spots for cocktails and fireworks was spot on. Ashley met with us personally twice prior to our trip to set up our phones with the Disney app so we were all in sync. She even helped us navigate the Lightning Lane system so we never waited in long lines along with Magic Bands and recommending the best rides/attractions to see. She checked in with us throughout our trip to see if all was going ok. Before leaving we had one person back out and replaced with another and Ashley handled it all for us quickly and efficiently....hotels and tickets, everything. If you are planning a trip to Disney (or anywhere in the world), you need Ashley! We are already talking about planning our next trip with her!
