I met heather off of Facebook after seeing her post about multiple Disney trip packages. Previously, I have worked with several travel agents who were good but nothing like heather. Heather was very responsive and quick to supply prices, packages, and receive our payment. Heather went above and beyond any travel agent has ever done and quickly responded to text and calls of any questions or requests I had throughout the whole trip. I felt like she wasn’t just a travel agent but someone I have been knowing for long time! I have referred several people to her and will no longer be using anyone else to plan our trips. I already booked another Disney trip in October with her. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She is truly amazing at what she does!

Heather was the best! She helped plan our trip to the Dominican Republic for a bachelorette party. She responded so quickly to any questions and helped plan excursions and other activities while we were there. I would definitely use Heather again when I plan my next trip!!

Heather was amazing to work with. The Dr I work for asked me to plan a trip for him but it was to Brazil and I wasn't comfortable so I contacted Heather. (I had seen her ad). From the very beginning she was so responsive, professional and kind. Customer service is practically non-existent these days however Heather is such a professional. Even after the trip is booked, she stays with you. We had a fairly big passport issue and after one email she jumped right in and helped to secure the passport. We would have been in trouble without her. I whole-heartedly recommend her!

I contacted her to assist in booking my mother's trip to Sedona, she answered promptly and provided me with several appealing options. She was extremely kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. Heather booked the flight, rental, and hotel for us, making the entire experience seamless beginning to end. Considering my mother is not very tech savvy, and English is also not her first language Heather's itinerary helped tremendously in mapping out all the details. Heather was absolutely amazing! She booked our park tickets as well as made every dinner reservation! She even helped book rides for us through Genie+. This meant so much to me. Heather was an incredible help for us when we booked our hotel on the beach in south florida. She knew our budget, knew what we were looking for (beachside) and found us a perfect fit within budget that was beautiful and exactly to our liking! She originally booked my family’s vacation for 4 families of 16 people to Montego Bay Jamaica , however 2 months prior our trip resort in was hit by a hurricane and closed Heather had to find me an all inclusive vacation on a different island quickly. She recommended the Dreams Flora for all 16 of us, as well as transportation back-and-forth to the hotel in the Dominican Republic. She did an amazing job and speaking with her was very easy. In fact, I decided to add a day to my trip a month before and she also handled that beautifully. I highly recommend Heather as even when I was in the Dominica l was able to communicate with her through the WhatsApp app. There was a slight problem and she rectified it immediately. She was very easy to communicate with even when we were out of the country also her recommendation for this resort was great as we all had a wonderful time
