My recent trip to Mexico, planned with Elijah Hawthorne, unfortunately didn't quite hit the mark. While Elijah was generally responsive and polite throughout the planning process, the actual experience on the ground left a lot to be desired. From San Bernardino, I, "Angela," was really looking forward to a relaxing getaway. However, there were a few significant hiccups that impacted the overall enjoyment. The resort we were booked into wasn't quite as advertised, with some key amenities being unavailable or under maintenance, which was a real disappointment. There also seemed to be some miscommunication regarding our transfer services, leading to unexpected delays and a bit of stress upon arrival and departure. Elijah did try to address some of our concerns when we reached out during the trip, which we appreciated. However, the issues we faced were fundamental enough that they really colored our perception of the vacation. While I believe Elijah has good intentions and is knowledgeable, the execution for this particular trip fell short of expectations. I'd consider working with him again for a simpler trip, but for more complex international travel, I'd hope for a more seamless experience.
