Hi, I’m Kelley Thweatt, a travel advisor based in Nashville, Tennessee, a full-time professional in the music industry, a mom to a fun-loving three-year-old boy, and someone who believes travel should be accessible for all, affordable, and packed with unforgettable moments.

My passion for travel started at 16, when I boarded my first flight to Italy on a school trip. That adventure opened my eyes to the magic of exploring new cultures, history, and landscapes; I’ve been chasing that magic ever since. Italy is still one of my all-time favorite destinations (give me pasta and piazzas any day), but I’ve also traveled to Ireland, Paris, London, Costa Rica, the Caribbean, and beyond.

I began planning travel professionally as a side business to help speed up my journey toward paying off student loan debt. But the truth is, I’d been planning trips long before I ever had a title. I personally organized every aspect of my own adventures, from booking European train tickets to navigating ferry routes in Ireland. All without the amazing tools I now have at my fingertips as a certified Travelmation travel advisor.

Travelmation is an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner with Diamond Earmarked status and with that designation, I get to help families and groups plan the most magical, stress-free vacations to Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and Disney Cruise Line. But the fun doesn’t stop there! I also plan trips to Universal Studios, LEGOLAND, and other popular theme parks that make childhood dreams (and let’s be honest, grown-up dreams too) come true.

I’m certified in accessible travel and group travel through Travelmation, and those credentials are especially close to my heart. When I was just seven, my dad became paralyzed from the waist down. Because of that, I’ve spent most of my life tuned in to the challenges and needs of wheelchair users and travelers with mobility concerns. Accessibility isn’t an afterthought for me; it’s something I prioritize in every itinerary I build.

I also know how tricky it can be to travel with dietary restrictions, and how important it is to get it right. My husband has Celiac Disease, and my son has a dairy allergy, which means I’ve become well-versed in researching destinations, asking the right questions, and finding options that are allergy-friendly and follow the correct protocols. Whether you’re managing one restriction or multiple, I’ll help make sure your vacation is delicious and worry-free.
