Dana came back to her office to help us with trying to get our tickets printed. She also booked us on a couple tours we were interested in taking when on our vacation. After we had completed one tour, it was like the second tour was almost alike so we ask Dana to cancel the second tour, which she happily did for us.

Dana is super responsive and provides a lot of options! Our family wanted to book a last minute get away and she was able to provide me with options and book our trip within a very short timeframe. We booked at the Dreams Riviera and had an absolutely perfect vacation. The food was fantastic - from the buffet to the multiple restaurant options to the poolside grill. The staff at this resort were a pleasure to deal with and they did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable.

We've been going to Dana to schedule our trips for a couple of decades now, since she was just a kid, and you will never find a better person than her to take care of everything you need to travel, she goes above and beyond for her customers. I think it was a couple of years ago when we were going to Florida, I think, and there was a problem with the Wisconsin airport in the tower, and Minneapolis was cancelling trips left and right, it was near panic there, everybody complaining, trying to get rebooked in the incredibly long lines and getting no where. All the motels around the airport were filling up fast and it was Crazy! We placed a call to Dana and within 1/2 hour we were in our hotel room right near the airport and had our tickets to fly out in the morning. And everybody else was still at the airport. We found out when we went to the Motel, we got the last room! Serously everyone, there is NO ONE better. Dana helped my husband and I plan a trip to Paris with our kids. Not only did she find us great lodging, she also thought to suggest and book sightseeing tours and skip the line admissions, the result of which probably saved us hours and hours of waiting in line.
