Vicki helped us plan our Disney World and Universal vacation and was incredibly knowledgable and patient with all our questions! She helped book our stay, talked through dining plans and making reservations, and answered (many) questions as we got closer to our trip. We will definitely have her help with out next trip!

I had promised my daughters and their families that when my grandsons were old enough, I'd take them all to Disney World. I don't travel so I knew I would need help. I was given Vicki Fessler's name from a good friend who told me that Vicki's knowledge of Disney World was unparalleled. This is a true statement. Vicki explained how things like Magic Bands and Fast Passes work. She gave us ideas about where to stay, where to eat, where to spend most of our time depending on the ages of the kids and what probably wouldn't work. She gave us information as we needed it without overwhelming us. When it was time to leave, a snow storm hit St. Louis. Vicki advised us to change our flight tickets to a day earlier. Thank goodness we did, because they cancelled our regular flight. Vicki booked us rooms at the same resort we had chosen for the extra night. She hurriedly contacted the van service that she had booked to take us from the airport to our resort and changed the pickup time.

This review is a bit late, or early if we're talking about any of my 2025 trips, but I just found this link in Vicki's follow up email and decided to post a review. She assisted me and my family in planning a trip to Universal Florida and Disney World in January 2024. Her help was invaluable. She is knowledgeable, responsive and easy to work with and above all else, so very patient with our questions, changes and "demands". Her advice on several questions we had about where to stay, which park to visit on which day at WDW, and her knowledge of how things worked at each resort made our visit so much smoother and relaxing than one we took in 2022 that we planned without any help. She has continued to assist our family in planning 2 separate trips in 2025.

Vicki was so patient and answered all of my questions. She booked my airline tickets, dining reservations, and a few other things we were wanting to do at Disney. Vicki helped me set up my Disney App so I could see what our plans were. We were at Disney during a Hurricane and she checked in with us to see how we were doing and if we wanted to change our flight. I just named a few things she did, there was a lot more she helped me with. I really appreciated all the help!!

Vicki was invaluable to us in planning our Disney Vacation. We were able to use the transportation transfer she recommended and they were wonderful, and reasonably priced. Vicki was also able to secure all the restaurant reservations we requested and the time frames we wanted. Vicki always responded in a timely fashion with any questions we had . I highly recommend having Vicki on board when planning your Disney Vacation….you won’t be sorry!

She was always offering the best options, advice, and helpful tips for our trip. She kept my 4 year old in mind and was always there when we had a question. She is timely in her responses, very professional, and a true Disney fan as well! As my daughter would say-Best Day Ever!

The plan for this trip is smooth sailing . We are a group of 7 and wanted to experience all our parks. We were afraid that it might be expensive. we almost did not go with our plan to go to disney. We were grateful for my colleague at work because we were introduced to Ms. Vicki and she arranged everything so well. We got a great deal out of it. . Mears connect for transportation to go to disney resport and back was fantastic. The Disney Resort that we stayed allowed walmart and publix deliveries . Ms. Vicki gave us the option to use genie + to maximize the rides at every parks. We rode 4-5 rides each park. The kids enoyed and most importantly the adults had a great time as well.

She was awesome and provided great guidance in regards to a first time visitor.

I was able to communicate through email with Vickie about our trip and what dates we had open for Universal Studios. Vicki responded quickly to answer all our questions. Our trip was booked and paid for through Vicki on-line. Booking was very efficient. We had a wonderful vacation and will use Vicki again for our next trip. Thank you Vicki!

This is the second trip I have sought Vicki’s services and I could not have been happier. There was not one moment where I thought she could have informed me about something any better than she already did. Her persistence and attention to detail is exactly why I will be keeping her for my future trip adventures . The character breakfast that she recommended at Cape May was precisely what i needed to end this vacation; already looking forward to the next one.

Vicki was very knowledgeable and helpful in preparing us for our Disney adventure. She booked our hotels, flights, dining reservations, transportation, and provided great advice for navigating the many aspects of Disney World! Vicki was wonderful to work with. She led us through all of the steps to book our dream Disney vacation. She made the process so easy for us!

Vicki was such an integral part of our Disney Cruise from start to finish. She provided excellent choices for dates and ships for the time period we needed. She also helped us determine the best type of cabins to reserve. We had a large party that consisted of a family of 8 (2 adults and 6 children) as well as 3 other adults. She found two adjoining rooms for the family of 8 and the 3rd room next door for the other adults. Perfect lodging for our group!
She helped in every aspect of all planning including the check in process and picking excursions. Also she gave us great tips on photo package purchase and on board activities. She was always responsive to all our questions with useful information or direction on how/where to find answers. Working with Vicki does not cost you anything more- as a matter of fact, she saved us quite a lot on our cruise when a special savings opportunity came up after we booked. Bottom line, you will not find a better travel agent than Vicki.

Vicki was very responsive to every question and concern we had about our cruise. She had lots of great information and tips for us. She also sent us lots of goodies that were useful for preparing for our trip and during the trip! Vicki was kind and responsive! It was helpful to have her coordinate the reservation and savings directly with Disney. She made sure we were informed and prepared for our trip. The only downside was we went in a large group and if not everyone books with the agent they can’t help with dining reservations.

Vicki was amazing to work with! She took care of every detail and even details I did not know needed to be taken care of. She was helpful from the very beginning of the planning process all the way to the end. She was always available any questions I had and she always answered with more information than I originally requested. She loves Disney and it certainly shows in her customer service!

Vicki was invaluable to our vacation planning experience. She was quick to respond to my emails and gave so much great information, from options for accommodations to tips for dining. She checked in from time to time to give more information as we got closer to the trip, and also made herself available for phone calls or additional questions. We couldn't have done it without her! She was also able to secure a reservation for the Bibbidi Boppidi Boutique, which MADE my daughter's whole year - these reservations are hard to come by. We are so appreciative!

My experience with Vicki was extremely positive! She not only initially provided the basic framework for the major decisions we needed to make and expertly set up our accounts and reservations, but she also made herself available for ongoing guidance and recommendations, always promptly answering any question that arose as we finalized our travel plans. Vicki was a wonderful planner for our Disney World family trip from the beginning. She was quick to respond with my 10 day vacation quote. All of my emails were answered quickly. She also had my sister's family of five planning along with us. This was my first trip to use a vacation planner and I must say that is the only way to go. She got all of my dining reservations which was a party of 7 plus the lightsaber and droid experiences we wanted. She made this trip less stressful for me. She doesn't know it yet but my husband and I are already wanting to plan a solo trip for just the two of us!

Vicki was tremendous throughout the entire process! She was always available to answer questions or assist with anything we needed. This was our first international trip and we had some stressful moments on our travel days to our destination but Vicki was right there to assist in anyway possible. On actual phone calls we had, speaking with Vicki was like talking to an old friend. She got the reservations I wanted, the rooms I requested and gave great advice!
