Randy was such a HUGE help in planning our first family’s cruise vacation successfully! Helping along the way with any questions and sending helpful reminders for preparation. We will be using Randy in the future for more planning!

Randall is an exceptional travel agent. He kept us up to date on every level. From what we needed for documentation to helping out with upgrading our flight from economy to economy plus. He would also keep us updated with reminders to book excursions either with the ship we were on or Viator, which is a trusted excursion specialist. My last trip was well planned, and it was great to meet everyone from the area that was on the cruise through his travel agency. I would highly recommend and utilize Randall's services again.

About 2 years ago we were approached by family member to join a group cruise to Italy and Greece. With our love to travel and an opportunity to be with various family members and friends we got on. Randy was exceptionally good with organizing every little detail for our group of newbie travelers and seasoned travelers. Randy helped me in 2022 with a cruise to Mediterranean that I had booked myself but due to covid, had many issues. He was a huge reason why it all came together and cruise was fantastic. With that I booked 2 cruises through him!! My husband and I went on a Caribbean cruise in April out of New Orleans and it went beautifully. I've never been on a cruise before. I was going with 3 friends and only one had experience with cruising. Randall was very knowledgeable and made the process seamless. He was able to answer many questions and I'll admit I probably drove him crazy. He made the process easy, everything from the booking to payments. Very knowledgeable about Bermuda. Gave us many great tips for a more enjoyable experience. I couldn't have done it without him. We had such an amazing experience that I booked again and took my mom and sister the following year. The first time we used Randy’s travel services was in 2020, at the very start of Covid. The country actually shut down the week after we got back from our cruise. There were 8 of us (women) that had initially booked the cruise. Once Covid erupted 4 dropped out. Randy worked tirelessly to get refunds etc. It was a difficult time all around. Because of the concern about an unknown disease going around there were so many questions we all had. Randy answered all of them. If he didn’t know the answer he kept working until he got it! Four women cancelled because of health concerns. Randy was with them every step of the way helping with the cancellation process. He went above and beyond for all of us during that crazy time! We just came back from our second cruise and of course we had Randy as our agent. To ere isn’t another agent out there that I would trust to get us the best deals! He’s is, without a doubt, the best travel agent!!!

Search no longer, Randy is the best. He has been our agent for Globus land tours and cruising. Last year four days prior to leaving on our Globus tour to Greece, our flights were cancelled. He went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were booked on last minute flights to make it to our trip to Greece. Randy loves travel and truly cares about his clients.
