Hello, my name is Genesis, and I am so excited to help you plan your next unforgettable vacation! I have been a passionate cruiser for over three years, and during that time, I’ve developed a true love for the cruising experience whether it’s discovering new destinations, enjoying time with friends and family, or learning the ins and outs of the cruise industry. My specialty is Royal Caribbean, where I’ve gained valuable firsthand experience that allows me to provide insight, tips, and recommendations to make your trip truly memorable. Outside of travel, I work as a Training and Compliance Instructor, where I teach lifesaving skills such as CPR and emergency response. Helping people in this way has given me a strong foundation in communication, guidance, and support—all qualities that I now bring into my role as a travel agent. The reason I chose to become a travel agent is simple: I want others to experience the same magic and excitement I felt the very first time I stepped onto a cruise ship.
