Brooke is extremely patient, she gives such helpful advice! I would never use another agent!!!

We just returned from the most magical summer vacation, and I cannot thank Brooke with EnchantAway Travel enough! Our entire experience was amazing from start to finish, and true to form with all things Disney—it was pure magic. There is not a single thing I would change. Brooke’s insider knowledge made all the difference. For instance, after multiple cruises, I had never considered booking the Royal Gathering princess experience. Brooke told us exactly what to do, and it was a phenomenal photo opportunity! While waiting, we saw so many families get turned away because they didn't know reservations were required. Thanks to Brooke, we didn't miss out. She also recommended the unlimited photo package, which was worth every penny for all the professional photos we got. Even when a storm cut our Castaway Cay day short, the trip was so well-planned that we just headed back to enjoy the ship's incredible amenities. If you want a seamless, magical vacation, book with Brooke. We are already looking forward to planning our next one with her!

I’m a pro when it comes to anything Disney Parks but when it came to a cruise I was a newbie and wanted the easiest way of booking and dealing with it. Brooke was amazing answering any questions and all the fifty million questions I had! She still answers any questions I might have about future trips! I really didn’t want to have to deal with the check-in process and while some travel agents refused to handle that she said “I got you” and took care of everything! She made the trip stress free and I can’t wait to book another with her!

Brooke did an amazing job planning our Disney trip from start to finish and made everything completely stress-free. She was always available to answer our questions and made sure every reservation was perfectly set so we could just enjoy our time. We are so grateful for her and highly recommend her to anyone planning a Disney vacation!

Brooke made enjoying this trip simple because she handled EVERYTHING! Any questions I had she had an answer or she figured it out. She was constantly checking in on us during our trip giving tips when I needed them! She helped us book lightning lanes and dinner reservations. She is beyond fabulous and is already helping us plan a trip in October!

From booking the hotel to planning the parks. Brooke made sure that I was comfortable with every decision made. She made sure everything went accordingly and that I was having the best time. I couldn’t of had a better trip!??

Brooke was so helpful in planning our December Disney trip! She provided many suggestions and encouraged us to try new things along the way. From details about booking our rooms, park tickets, lightning lane options, and transportation. Our family will definitely use Brooke again for planning our next Disney vacation! Hopefully soon??
