Amy is our corporate travel partner and is especially effective with our international travel needs. Once she learns where we want to go, and the dates we have selected, she does all the rest. If there is ever a change of schedule or unforeseen travel disruption, I notify Amy and she takes it from there. Amy is one of the most thorough and professional people I have ever worked with in corporate travel, and Amy is also outstanding with personal and vacation travel.

Amy is so wonderful and easy to work with. She is always quick to assist and is excellent in helping you choose the trip option that best fits your needs. We book 1 to 2 trip each hockey season for 27 people and she makes seamless! Thank you Amy!

Our dream trip was cancelled due to Covid

Amy is fantastic! She guided us thru the planning and reservation process for our European River Cruise listening to our needs and wants. She is a true pro! Unfortunately, Covid got in the way of our trip and we had to cancel our trip for the time being. No problem for Amy! She took care of everything with Viking and the refund process was seamless and quick. She is the best and we look forward to working with her again when it is safe to travel.
