Our trip would not have been as magical if we had not had all the advice and tricks provided by our very knowledgeable agent. You really have to have many years of experience with both Disney and Universal to be able to make someone’s vacation truly a magical experience instead of a frustrating and stressful experience. She helps you get your moneys worth. We had to pack in a lot of parks into very few days. I can’t thank Theresa enough for what this meant to my family!

Theresa assisted with planning my last family trip, which included my children, my in-laws, and my nephews. We discussed goals for the trip ahead of time. She was extraordinary to work with and had a wealth of knowledge and tips! She helped me book everything on my wishlist and make a plan to hit all of the locations and experiences I was looking forward to with the least amount of stress.
