Heather is amazing! She is everything you want in a trip planner. She is attentive and responsive to all requests big or small. She took the time to get to know our needs as a family and as individuals to help make our trip a success. I felt very prepared and everything was wonderful! She even checked in with us throughout with additional tips and reminders. She added special touches like a gift for our daughter, tailored to her, because she was going to be celebrating her Birthday at Disney. Back to Orlando!!

Heather was very hands-on. Phone calls, text messages, emails and face-to-face. She ensured we knew how to use the apps for our trip to Disney World and Universal. She had insider information that helped us with reservations and lodging. This was not our first trip to Orlando and we thought we could do it all on our own but as a travel agent, Heather made life easier by streamlining the process and doing the legwork and answering our questions. She’s very friendly and easy to work with!

Stress-Free Florida Vacation

Heather took the time to truly get to know what we wanted out of our Florida vacation: from the areas we hoped to explore to the activities on our must-do list. Thanks to her planning, we were able to take a day trip to Key West, visit the Miami Zoo, enjoy a glass-bottom snorkeling tour, ride the water taxis through the Fort Lauderdale canals, and so much more. Every detail was perfectly thought out. This trip couldn’t have been so seamless and enjoyable without her expertise!
