Heather was amazing! She planned and thought of everything we needed for our Disney Cruise. She communicated at every step and even had a lot of recommendations and tips to share. Our first Disney Cruise and Definitely not our last!

Heather was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and organized! She was with us every step of the way with planning our first Disney cruise from booking port transportation, pre and post hotel stays to making sure we had bed rails and an early dining time for our littles. Even with our last minute idea of booking this only 6 weeks before cruising we had an amazing time and got to do everything we planned. We will be working with her for ALL our Disney vacation planning in the future!

Heather is amazing! She is everything you want in a trip planner. She is attentive and responsive to all requests big or small. She took the time to get to know our needs as a family and as individuals to help make our trip a success. I felt very prepared and everything was wonderful! She even checked in with us throughout with additional tips and reminders. She added special touches like a gift for our daughter, tailored to her, because she was going to be celebrating her Birthday at Disney. Heather was very hands-on. Phone calls, text messages, emails and face-to-face. She ensured we knew how to use the apps for our trip to Disney World and Universal. She had insider information that helped us with reservations and lodging. This was not our first trip to Orlando and we thought we could do it all on our own but as a travel agent, Heather made life easier by streamlining the process and doing the legwork and answering our questions. She’s very friendly and easy to work with!
