Since the age of 14, I’ve been dedicated to serving people—whether behind a counter, on the phone, or helping someone create unforgettable experiences. With a degree in Public Relations and professional experience in Marketing, Nonprofit Development, and even running my own brick-and-mortar business, I’ve learned that connection and care are at the heart of everything I do.

Travel has been a constant thread in my life—from family trips growing up to countless journeys for conferences and work—which has shaped both my perspective and my passion. Today, I bring together my customer service expertise, business know-how, and love for exploring the world to help others create trips they’ll treasure forever. 

I’ve always believed that the magic of travel isn’t just in the destination—it’s in the little details that make each moment unforgettable. Whether it’s planning a special surprise or finding ways to add joy to someone’s day, I’m always looking for those creative touches that turn a trip into a cherished memory.

When I’m at home, I unwind through rock painting and other creative projects that spread kindness and smiles. But my heart truly lights up at Disney, where every corner holds the chance to brighten someone’s day. I’ve been known to leave stickers in strollers, hand out a trading pin to spark a new hobby, or gift handmade Mickey ears—crafted from upcycled fabric, buttons, and ribbons—to kids I meet in line for the shuttle, Skyliner, or park entrance. I’ll approach their parents, explain that I make these just for fun, and offer them to a child who doesn’t yet have a pair, and sometimes needs a little cheering up or distraction while waiting. Seeing their faces light up is the reason I keep making them, it's such a great feeling.

Sometimes we’ll spot them later in the day still wearing their new ears, and it always makes me smile knowing I’ve added a little extra magic to their trip—and maybe even saved their parents $30–$80 in the process! For me, travel is about connection, kindness, and creating moments that last a lifetime.
