I had to plan a business trip to Europe on short notice. I was going crazy trying to find air and hotel reservations. After about 3 hours on the computer and no good results, I googled travel agents in my area and came up with Katherine.
She did fantastic work for me! She took care of everything, and got me plane reservations that were roughly HALF the price of what I had found myself. She also found and booked my hotel and rental car reservations. She was available every time I had a question, was very knowledgeable about Europe and travel in general, and was a pleasure to talk to throughout the whole process. Kathy is incredibly knowledgeable about river cruises in Europe, and she is great working with multigenerations. My mother and I followed Kathy’s advice and had a wonderful time on an Avalon river cruise on the Danube River from Vienna to Munich. She took care of all the details and made the trip worry-free. It was the perfect pace for us and, because of Kathy, we knew what to expect onboard and at the ports. We loved exploring the towns along the river and making new friends. We will treasure our memories from this trip!

This was my first time in many years working with a travel agent & Katherine was great! I had only a couple of months to schedule the cruise for myself, parents & two friends. Considerations for trip were food allergies & one of my parents had issues w/walking. She made many recommendations for what excursions to look at, where she placed us on the ship very close to the elevators, & requesting a wheel chair at the ports for boarding. We decided to fly in a day earlier to Vancouver & she offered information on reputable tour guides services for the area & a nice place to spend the night. Anything she didn't know she was very quick to get back to me with the information I needed. During planning she even called me several times while out of town on personal business! Katherine was also helpful in reminding me of deadlines w/the cruise line, I was very busy w/work at the time & she gave & offered help when & where it was needed. Couldn't have done such a nice job without her!

This is the second trip that Kathy has planned for us, and it exceeded our high expectations. We wanted a custom trip for our extended family of England, Wales, and Scotland. Kathy did a great job pulling together the details from our general guidance, and she was always quick to respond to our questions and requests for changes or additions. She works with local partners who provided first-rate drivers, hotels, and guides, and everything worked like clockwork. Terrific experience planning for our Alaska cruise! We started planning over a year out. We got good deals on balcony staterooms -- and had the view of a lifetime cruising through the inside passage and on into Glacier Bay National Park. Awesome cruise!

Our trip to Germany was one for the books! Katherine helped us plan everything within Germany. We wanted a custom plan, not an out-of-the-box tour. She helped us choose the cities based on the places we wanted to see and selected excellent hotels.

Two things that were must-do on our list were visiting castles and going to Oktoberfest. Katherine picked a wonderful Castle day trip. It was perfect. She secured Oktoberfest tickets for us, all we had to do was show up and we were greeted by a local who gave us a history of Oktoberfest and a tour of the festival. We had a table ready and waiting for us in the tent.

All of her transportation suggestions were perfect. She is so pleasant to talk to and quick to respond.

My wife handled most of the details with Katherine. I just enjoyed the fruits of their work. One day was better than the next for 10 days.

We were a small group (less than 20) ,but we had a big personality. Katherine was wonderful, kind and considerate of each of our needs, concerns for our cruise to Mexico. As we are dance group, she made sure of it that we had the necassary place to procceed with some dance courses. Her foresight and planning allowed for no disappointments and was a wonderful, memorable experience. If we had questions at any time, Katherine promptly responded with answers. We now make this an annual trip,and will only book it with her.
