Travel Agent for cruises and tours

Shelley done an amazing job helping us find a resort that had all the amenities we all wanted. She had lots of patience for as we had to change our dates multiple times, she was all very communicative, she responded very quickly with absolutely any questions or help we needed at all times. I would definitely book through Shelley again and recommend her to others.

Booking with Shelley just made everything easy for us. I usually book myself but she was just a call/text away with any questions I had and made everything so worry and hassle free.

Shelley was truly amazing! At time of booking she was very helpful and knowledgeable, was sooooo incredibly helpful with our delays and even discussing another trip!

Shelley was helpful in booking cruise and sending reminders or asking if needed additional assistance prior to trip.

We love Shelley!! She was great to deal with and very quick to respond when we had a minor issue with out airport shuttle to the resort.

Shelley was able to help me book our honeymoon on a very last minute request!! She was able to give us a lot of resort options for Mexico AI within our budget. Shelley is responsive any time of the day even when she was on holidays with her family (love her dedication)! Even on our flight back home, she was tracking our flight making sure we got home safe. Thank you Shelley!

Shelley was fantastic to deal with, she sent us many resort options with varying dates and accommodations for our family. She also went above and beyond to deal with travel anxiety that comes with delayed flights, baggage delays and baggage claims. I couldn’t imagine navigating a trip without her help.

We had an absolutely amazing two-week trip to India, and we owe so much of our experience to our amazing travel agent, Shelley Buckshaw. From start to finish, she put an incredible amount of time, effort, and care into planning every detail of our journey, making the entire trip smooth and seamless. She arranged all of our flights, accommodations, tours, and drivers, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy each destination without worrying about logistics. Our itinerary was perfectly planned, taking us through Amritsar, Rishikesh, Jaipur, Agra, and Delhi, each offering unique and unforgettable experiences. One of the most special highlights was visiting an elephant sanctuary, where we were not only able to experience these beautiful animals up close, but were also warmly invited into the home of one of the caretakers for a authentic meal. It was such a genuine and meaningful cultural experience. Her organization, communication, and attention to detail were exceptional. She was always available, ensured everything ran perfectly, and truly went above and beyond to create a memorable trip for us. We cannot say enough about the outstanding service. We would highly recommend her to anyone planning to travel.
