I can’t say enough great things about working with Ashley! I actually stumbled across her randomly on Facebook, and it turned out to be the best decision for our family getaway. From the start, Ashley was incredibly responsive, helpful, and just got what we were looking for. She made the entire process feel easy—even when I had questions about the itinerary app or needed help getting everything set up, she was right there with quick guidance (and patience!). She truly goes above and beyond, from adding thoughtful extras like grocery options, resturant suggestions, things to do, etc - she made sure every detail was covered. What really stood out was how available she made herself—offering to be reachable even during our trip gave us so much peace of mind. And her recommendation for Lago Mar was absolutely perfect. It was exactly what we had hoped for and made our vacation so special. Ashley also shares helpful travel tips and reminders along the way, which made us feel even more prepared and taken care of. She checked in during our trip and after. We are so grateful we found her and will absolutely be using her again—especially for future trips (maybe even a cruise!). Highly, highly recommend!

Ashley was phenomenal when helping us plan our honeymoon. She answered all of my questions, provided many different options in multiple different price points, and then rolled with the punches when we decided to change our minds last minute. She also checked in on us before, during and after our trip, which just made everything feel very personable! Working with Ashley to plan our trip to Disney World was completely flawless! I was referred to Ashley by someone and I’m so glad I was. After asking a few starting questions she got right to work on different options within our budget. She was also wonderful about changes we wanted to make. After the initial booking she periodically sent tips and tricks and stayed on top of when it was time to do additional bookings and reservations, making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. She was always quick to respond to emails or texts. Once we checked into our resort we were surprised with a delicious treat sent by Ashley herself! Even while on the trip she made sure everything was going smoothly and that we were enjoying ourselves! Ashley is a 10/10 and I will 100% be using her again for all future vacations!
