I initially booked my Disney trip with Katelyn for just my family. My husband, myself and my son. I then asked my 2 best friends if they would like to come!! When they said yes, I sent them straight to Katelyn. She booked them for everything I had and made sure we had room right next to each other at our resort. When we added and then lost a friend she Handley that as well. We initially booked with her through another company and when she changed, we followed. We lost our insurance deposit, but she made sure they made it right, and when we got to our resort we had a Disney gift card in our email for the amount! We didn’t have to worry about a thing, she was literally a text away!!!

Katelyn is the best! We wanted to plan a trip to Memphis for our anniversary. Not only did she help us find the best hotel (next door to Graceland) but she gave us great recommendations on places to eat, see, etc!

Katelyn Babb is absolutely amazing!! This was my first trip to Disney and I was really overwhelmed. I had enquired about booking a trip so far in advance that it wasn't even available to book yet, but she said she'd reach out when it was. Not only did she follow through and reached out literally the day it was available, she gave us lots of different resort options and helped us choose the right dates to avoid spring break. A couple months after booking we needed to adjust our dates by one day and she took care of everything! She provided lots of resources along the way to help us understand all the little nuances that Disney brings and even reached out to check on us while we were there! That was so thoughtful and appreciated! Her knowledge is unending and her promptness at responding (via text and email) is unmatched! Katelyn was awesome and super easy to work with. I just told her what days we wanted to go to Disney and specific parks and she made it all happen. She linked everything to my Disney app so it was all there in a matter of minutes! She sent very helpful documents on rides and when they book up with the genie pass so we were able to book the rides we really wanted to do and stay ahead of the curve. All of her information and resources were super helpful. When we were at Disney she was also there but was reaching out and saying if we needed anything don’t hesitate to ask, which was very nice considering she was out at the parks having fun as well. I would highly recommend her and the next time we come back to Disney we will definitely be reaching out to her!

Our family decided to finally visit Walt Disney World for the first time to celebrate our children's birthdays. As it was our first time, we had no idea what do to or where to go.
