She was detailed, shared her experience, took the headache out of planning, and very great at providing options/experiences to give us the best experience we could get in our budgets. Her customer service is the best of the best and is honest on her opinions with travel experience to share.

Working with Yulia @ Take Me in Your Suitcase has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. She has helped me find and plan incredible vacations while making the entire process feel easy and stress-free. From booking accommodations and coordinating transportation to helping navigate logistics in other countries, she always goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is handled. What I appreciate most is how responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested she is in creating the best experience possible. She also, in my case, lets me know when I am making decisions that will be a waste of money and educates me on better options. Who doesn’t love that? Traveling can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially internationally, but having someone I trust guiding me through the process has made all the difference. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a travel agent who is professional, organized, attentive, and truly cares about her clients. She makes traveling enjoyable before the trip even begins!

Yulia is a wonderful person to work with. She has an impressive depth of travel knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for what she does. It’s clear she cares deeply about her clients and works hard to create memorable trips tailored to them.
