Laura was a very good travel agent. She helped us book the trip and was there to answer any questions we had up until and even during the cruise.

This was a great overall experience. The ship was very clean, the staff were very polite and helpful. My stateroom was clean at all times. The ports we stopped at were great places to visit. We had a great time exploring the different sights.

We love working with Laura. She is so easy to talk to and she really takes the time to get to know you. Instead of offering the ‘highlight rides’ of each park she wants to know what you like, don’t like, etc so she can make suggestions of things to try or skip. We started working with Laura when our daughter (now 10) was not quite 1. She gave us so many tips and tricks of how to manage Disney with a little one. She promptly responded to all of my random emails and was available to chat on the phone also. We were so impressed with how much Laura knew about Disney we knew we had found our agent. Since Laura goes to the parks frequently herself she is on top of what’s happening and can give us her firsthand knowledge. I also love when we get back from a trip Laura always wants to know what went well, what didn’t go well, what we experienced so she can use that information to help us tweak things for our next trip.
