From day 1, she worked tirelessly to give me multiple quotes with various options so that I can compare apples to apples which itinerary best works for our family. I think we stayed up past 11 pm working out the details. And even though my trip is more than 4 months away, Janice still responds immediately to any questions and problems I have regarding my trip. She will even get on the phone with Disney customer service at 7:45 pm on a Saturday to resolve issues. I never once felt like my trip was the last thing on her agenda. She even responded to my inquiries while she was on her own vacation. Throughout the days leading up to the trip, she sends valuable tips on what to expect at Disney World. I have benefited from these resources tremendously as it will be my first time visiting the park. My husband also has a disability and she's taking it upon herself to find out what it entails so that she can break it down for us to ensure our trip is truly a hassle free experience. I have worked with 2 other agents before Janice and did not go through making trips with them because it seemed very clear that they just wanted to give me quotes so I can book a trip and be done.
