We took a couples trip to Zurich over the holidays and Gabe was incredibly helpful in planning every detail around the Christmas market season. We stayed at the Storchen, which was both stunning and ideally located—everything was within walking distance, and the service was top-notch. Epic Costa Rica Adventures

Our group trip to Costa Rica was incredible, thanks to Gabe’s help coordinating. He booked us on the perfect horseback riding tour along Esterillos Beach... stunning views and really thoughtful horse pairings for each of us. We also did ziplining at El Santuario Canopy Adventure in Manuel Antonio, which was such a thrill and ended up being the longest zipline experience in the country. Stress-Free Disney with Smart Planning

It had been years since my last visit to Walt Disney World, so planning a group trip felt like a lot to figure out. Gabe booked us to stay at Bay Lake Tower in a two-bedroom villa, which worked perfectly for our group. He helped us choose the right ticket types and walked us through when it actually made sense to use Genie+ or buy Lightning Lane access. That advice saved us money and let us skip long lines on the days it really counted. Just as helpful, he pointed out which parks and days didn’t need those passes, so we weren’t spending extra for no reason.
We made the most of our time without feeling over-scheduled. For meals, we had a great dinner at Jiko, tried California Grill for the first time, and did a character breakfast at Topolino’s. That one was an especially fun recommendation! It had good food and felt a little less hectic than others I’ve been to.

First Time in Mykonos

Concert Weekend Done Right

This trip to Las Vegas was all about seeing Hans Zimmer live, something I’d wanted to do for years. Gabe helped plan the entire weekend so we could just enjoy the experience. He suggested staying at Aria, and it was the perfect call. The location made it easy to get around the Strip, the hotel itself was modern and relaxing, and the pools were a great bonus in the desert heat.
His dining suggestions were just what I was looking for: Spago at Bellagio was a highlight, and Amalfi at Caesar’s had an atmosphere and menu that felt like a real treat. We also fit in brunch at LPM at the Cosmopolitan, which was a great way to unwind after a night out.

Visiting Walt Disney World during the holiday season had been on my bucket list for a long time, and this trip completely lived up to the dream. Gabe helped us plan a festive and efficient itinerary that made the most of the seasonal events without overdoing it.

Smooth Sailing for a Birthday at Sea
