We were so nervous about our first cruise, but Melissa made it SO easy. She walked us through everything — which cabin to pick, what time to book flights, even what to pack. We almost flew in the same day until she explained why that’s a huge mistake. Good thing we listened… our flight got delayed and we still made the ship!
The app she gave us updated us on everything, and she checked in before we boarded. We felt like we had a pro in our back pocket the whole time. Already planning our next one with her!

Family Budget Friendly Cruise

I thought using a travel agent would cost more, but Melissa actually SAVED us money. She found a family cruise deal with kids-sail-free promos I never would’ve found on my own. She explained all the hidden fees upfront — gratuities, drink packages, excursions — so there were zero surprises.
She even warned us about the $400 phone bill mistake and told us how to use airplane mode on the ship. That tip alone paid for her service!
Our kids had a blast, we stayed on budget, and I wasn’t stressed for 7 days. That’s a win.

Custom European Itinerary

We wanted 2 weeks in Europe but had no idea where to start. Melissa built us a custom Italy + Greece itinerary that felt like it was made for us. She booked boutique hotels in walking cities, arranged skip-the-line Vatican tickets, and even scheduled a cooking class in Tuscany because she knew we love food. The Google Doc she made had everything — trains, dinner reservations, packing list. I didn’t open my laptop once on the trip.
