About Me

Pai Canyon, Pai, Thailand
Pai Canyon, Pai, Thailand

I grew up living between two countries. With most of my time spent in the United States, I spent weeks to a month of every year in the Netherlands visiting the second half of my family. These trips abroad were the breadcrumbs that fueled my future love of seeing and learning about different cultures. By the time I graduated high school I had committed to university in the Netherlands to further immerse myself in my mothers home country.

While trying to find work while studying, I became a tour guide in Amsterdam focusing on bike and food tours that I had to self curate (with some help from the company I worked for). This work experience opened me up to how much I enjoy working with people, I love seeing people have a good time, I wanted them to enjoy the city as much as they imagined they would. I loved working with people and making them happy. On top of this love for sharing my second culture, moving abroad gave me more benefits to being able to see the more of the world than I could ever have imagined at 18 years old.

Wanting to experience more of the world, I studied abroad in South Korea for 4 months when I was 20 and this trip further defined my love for new cultural experiences. This study abroad experience was the catalyst for the trip I embarked on in September 2024, leading me to backpack and visit 9 countries over a few months and fall in love with other cultures.

Whenever I travel I love to look for novel experiences, I love antique's and markets, and I'm a big foodie who enjoys trying new and different foods.

Great Trip to Grand Canyon
Reviewed By GeneGart - NYC, NY | Traveled to Grand Canyon | Arizona | USA
Booked travel and accommodations to the Grand Canyon and surrounding areas through a referral to use Andrea Krigsman for our trip. Stayed at the Kachina Inn in the park which was AMAZING. Hotel was great but the views were exceptional. Flew Delta out of JFK and rented with Budget. As suggested, we drove to Sedona and stayed at the Aiden. We went to Page, AZ to see Horseshoe Bend which was also amazing and a also couple of other highlights in the area. Stayed 2 nights at the Courtyard at Lake Powell which was perfect for us. Andrea, thanks for putting together the perfect vacation!
I would recommend this agent to my family and friends.

5 days in Tokyo

Andrea suggested to us lots of fun areas to visit in Tokyo like Ginza, Shinjuku, and Shibuya and booked us a wonderful walking tour to do at night that showed a different aspect of the city. Andrea found us a great little hotel in a perfect location and explained how easy it was to use public transport (including how to get the tickets on your phone)
I would recommend this agent to my family and friends.

Brussels Trip Review
Reviewed By SarahJen - Wilton, CT | Traveled to Brussels | Belgium | Europe
Booked using Andrea Krigsman from CT out of JFK to Brussels Belgium. Trip was booked on short notice and worked out very well. Brussels was a bit pricey but accommodations were nice. Stayed in a downtown near the Grand Place central square and walked around the city. Loved the food and drink. Took a recommended tour to Bruges which was an amazing side trip which I highly recommend. Thanks to Andrea for her attentive work at the last minute for our trip. It was awesome.
I would recommend this agent to my family and friends.

Great Trip To Thailand
Reviewed By JamesK - New York, NY | Traveled to Bangkok | Thailand | East and Southeast Asia
I was referred to Andrea Krigsman who seemed very familiar with Bangkok and other locations in Thailand which worked out very well for us. The flights and hotels we booked along with the suggested tours to specific historic temples was perfect. What an amazing place. Visiting Krabi beach was one of the biggest highlights. I am glad we used Andrea Krigsman and took the time to travel here as it was worth it. The accessibility to historic temples, great inexpensive food, the natural beauty of the islands, and also the shopping all was amazing. I want to get back here again sometime.
I would recommend this agent to my family and friends.

Six Months in Thailand

In September of 2024, I embarked on what I thought was going to be a 4 or 5 month trip that I ended up stretching out to 9 months. Over these 9 months, I visited a total of 9 countries, and somehow managing to spend 6 of these months in Thailand alone, and this is how that experience went.  I spent so much time in the land of smiles, and ...
