Incredible trip of a lifetime !

We experienced our first cruise with Sandi as our travel agent , we had no clue about the process and she was superb, with great patience she provide us ideas and guidelines. We are getting ready for our 4th cruise and have already booked our 5th one and waiting for the 6th one to open up.We would have never done this without her, since some of our trips involve more than one couple she has to accommodate rooms ,etc. in other words she is the reason why we are still cruising !

About 8 years ago my next door neighbor ask us to go on a cruise. Never had any interest in cruises. My daughter told us she had a friend ( Sandy )in NC that was a travel agent. We contacted her, & it turn out to be one of the best decision we EVER made. From the very 1st phone call to the end of the cruise was nothing more then an unbelievable experience. Sandy sent us a long email with a lot of does & don'ts & what to expect on the cruise from beginning to the end. One of the things she told us to do among the many was get a copy of your room bill the night and go over it because any thing not paid you would not be able to leave the ship. When we did there were 2 mistakes that we had to go correct. We have been using Sandy ever since. We had one huge mistake that happen on one cruise and was my fault for not really investigate & researching a future cruise on the ship. When we got back it was not a good deal at all. Was never told about black out periods. When we told Sandy about it, she got involved & help us recover a great mistake on our part. Sandy is very knowledgeable and offers many great ideas. Our Alaskan trip would not have been near as successful / enjoyable as it was if it wasn't for her. We have used her for 5 cruises to date with 2 more coming up. I have recommend Sandy to multiple friends that have use her as well. The most amazing thing about Sandy is we have never meet. All our communication has been through email & phone calls. Very honest, loyal & with great knowledge .

Amazing Jamaican Vacation
Where should I start.....This was amazing from beginning to end! I haven’t flown since I was a kid and the last time my husband flew was coming back from Vietnam Nam. We didn’t have passports and friends asked us to go to Jamaica with them..Well we scrambled to get them in time for a trip that was to take place in September.
Sandy was truly amazing, helping us every step of the way. She , literally, took care of everything regarding the flight thru Southwest (which was amazing) and our beautiful hotel we stayed at in Jamaica.
She even had the staff there , decorate the room for my husband and our friend’s husband that was celebrating birthdays! She truly was awesome and made everything so easy for us! Sandy, I can’t thank you enough for making this trip the most amazing trip of my life!!!

Sandy Goes That Extra Mile
Sandy came highly recommended to me from a good friend. Sandy was BEYOND what I'd expect a travel agent to be. I never felt like I was bothering her by asking questions. She was checking in with me to see if I needed anything, with no motivation from me- she seems to love taking care of her clients.
Imagine paying for a cruise (and, thankfully, insurance) and having to deal with insurance paperwork in the middle of a family emergency. I can tell you that this process couldn't have been easier & we had our money within 3 days of sending the paperwork off. Sandy was right there to help & the insurance company was also very courteous & easy to get in touch with.
I cannot recommend Sandy enough. Even after all was said and done, she wanted to hear any feedback that I could share so that she could better assist her future travel clients. Class act, super experienced, & always willing to go the extra mile. I will absolutely be using her for my future travel plans!

Personal Touches Made All the Difference

Trip After Trip Service
We started with a couple of. Caribbean cruises , then an awesome Cruisetour in Alaska, we are going on another Caribbean in April and we are doing an European capitols of the world in two years, plus looking to book with Sandy the moment it opens a Mediterranean cruise in three years!!! I don’t think we would have done any of this without her help! We are groups of 4, 7, and whoever wants and can come and she helps all of us! We love her knowledge and patience! She is the best! Cannot recommend her enough !
