We’d never worked with a travel agent before. But we’ve never been on a vacation like this one with so many working parts. We had flights to and from, hotel stays, VRBO stays, excursions. I quickly realized I needed help! I reached out to Bethany in early January telling her our plans & asking if she could help. She, of course, said she’d love to. First was our flights. I was shocked we got flights with just one connection in Dallas. To me, a traveler who had never flown & had major anxiety related to even getting on a plane, this was the best option. Next, we worked on lodging. We chose one night in a hotel near the airport in case our son wasn’t able to be there when we landed. The hotel had airport pick up & drop off so this sounded perfect. She found us a great hotel. It was clean & comfortable. The VRBO she found us was perfect for our needs. It had a great view of the mountains, it was clean, comfortable, conveniently located & had a washer & dryer (that’s a huge plus since we didn’t want to check any luggage). We decided to visit Valdez for a couple of days for salmon fishing. We found a hotel on the harbor & I passed the info along to Bethany. I could’ve and should’ve had her choose this one as well because she did a fantastic job picking the other places we stayed. I didn’t research, I just chose location. It wasn’t the best but we made due. After we got all the accommodations in place, we moved on to our excursions. We knew we wanted to see Alaska by sea, land, & air. I gave her all the information & the dates we wanted to do each. She did the rest. I never expected she’d be there every step of the way. Yes, through the booking process, but she was even with us on our trip, sending me (basically) an itinerary of our excursions & where we’d be staying, etc. She literally went above & beyond any of my expectations. If you’re looking for an agent that will not only meet your needs but exceed your expectations, Bethany is the one!

Bethany helped us plan the perfect trip! She went above and beyond to make our week amazing! We tend to be high maintenance and she rolled with it and never acted out out by our crazy demands, in facet, she sounded just as excited as we were! This was the second cruise I’ve planned with Bethany and will use her again and again!

Bethany did an amazing job of putting our trip together. She found this locations in three different states to cover our 8-day road trip. We have a large family and finding a place big enough for all of us is rather difficult. She had us in great locations with places that were big enough and entertaining enough to accommodate all of our children. We started in Mississippi and drove up to Kentucky and spent two nights. Then we drove up to Niagara falls and spent two nights. Then we drove to Hershey Pennsylvania and spent two nights. She helped us book a trip of a lifetime with memories we will never forget!
