Cruising is a great (almost) all-inclusive vacation. The cruise ship is your hotel, resort, and transportation that takes you to new destinations giving you a taste of various parts of the world. 

You have many different choices for cruise line experiences. There are luxury lines which is a floating luxury hotel, expedition lines for the adventurer, theme park at-sea cruise lines with no stop in the action, adult-only cruise lines for a more mature experience, and traditional cruise lines. Some ships are small with only 150 guests while others are huge with 5000 guests. It's a big gap! 

When helping you select a particular cruise line, itinerary, or ship there are several questions to consider. 

• Who is traveling on the trip?
• Who do you want to be cruising with (guests on the ship)?
• What is most important to you - the ship or the itinerary?
• What are the destinations you want to explore? Most people think of the Caribbean however cruise ships can travel all over the world from Africa, Asia, South America, Europe, and along the coast of the USA. 
• What level of comfort do you desire during your time on the ship?  
• What experiences do you enjoy on the ship? (Hairy chest contest, tailored experience, or Natl. Geographic)
