I have used Laura's help on several occasions. The one that stands out the most is when I asked her if she worked with Virgin Cruises. My girlfriends and I were wanting to do a girl's getaway. Laura said she had never worked with Virgin before. But within a couple of days she had become a consultant for their brand and has been helping to organize our trip. She is willing to go above and beyond!
