Erin was a delight to work with planning our trip. She ALWAYS returned phone calls/emails/texts. She was honest: if she didn't know the answer to a question, she made sure to find out and communicate accordingly. Her suggestions were very helpful, and her commitment to us, her customers, was impressive! And last but not least, she has a great personality and sense of humor!

Erin was able to coordinate multiple people from different locations and handled a last minute hotel change.

Erin arranged an all inclusive week stay at the Riu Palace Costa Mujeres! We had three couples in our group and threw varying departure and return dates and times at her that she efficiently and easily returned to us. She booked our transfer transportation to and from the airport which was smooth with no glitches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - beautiful resort, amazing food and service and plenty of entertainment! Book your next adventure with Erin!
