I have visited Universal Studio 4 times as a guest since 2004 and twice as an agent since 2024. I have stayed in every category of resort - Value Inn and Suites, Prime Value and Signature Collection. I have enjoyed all 4 theme parks, including the new Epic Universe that opened in 2025. I have had the pleasure of experiencing Halloween Horror Nights and Universal's Christmas celebration. I feel confident I possess the knowledge and expertise to properly match each guest with the best possible lodgings, experiences and options to make their Universal Orlando vacation memorable and magical. i have experienced Universal as a mom of 4 with the children, during a girl's weekend, and solo, and I have the insight and adaptability to offer meaningful guidance to my clients across diverse situations. I am confident in my ability to make the most of every client's budget to deliver the best possible experience. I am comfortable with the Universal App and can effectively help my clients manage their trip via this important tool.

Lori was such an amazing help setting up our vacation to Cancun. This is the first time I’ve used a travel agent to book a vacation and it won’t be the last. I’m usually the one responsible in my family for securing the resort, travel to and from the airport, finding the best flights for price and duration. It felt odd having it done for me, but man was it worth it! Lori found us an amazing flight, booked us an amazing room, basically knocked it out of the park in every aspect! It was my birthday during our vacation and she set up a cake and bottle of wine to be delivered to my room. She is so kind and helpful during our experience with her and will be using her in the future for our next vacation!

Perfect Trip To Jamaica

The experience working with Lori was superb. When booking the trip, there was some confusion, caused by a mistake on the part of the resort. This issue was completely taken care of and resolved by Lori, saving us the hassle and resultant stress we would have otherwise encountered.
We had very few parameters for our trip, with a primary criteria being access to tennis courts. This specification was perfectly met, as the resort's tennis facilities were less than 100 steps from our room.
Lori's communication was timely, comprehensive, and very clear. Her passion for both travel and the comfort of her clients is very evident.
10/10, would highly recommend to anyone considering planning a vacation.

Fantastic experience

My husband planned this trip with Lori as a surprise and it was fantastic! As soon as I was able to know where we were going (about 24 hours before we left), Lori included me in all of the communications and made things so smooth. I knew exactly what to expect at all times which made me feel at ease and her email messages were so enthusiastic; I can tell that she truly loves this area! While we were there, we were approached by the world of Hyatt folks to book further vacations directly but I could never get the same service without Lori so we declined- that is how good she is!

Lori makes our trips effortless for us

Once we contact Lori about a trip we are considering she takes it from there. Within a couple hours of me contacting Lori about wanting to find a remote cabin in Upper Michigan she got back to me and had many great options to choose from. Once we picked the location she got busy and booked us the cabin, a wine tour and made dinner reservations at the best steak house the area had to offer and man was it wonderful. Lori made sure there was plenty of firewood at the cabin and checked on us a few times during our stay to see if we needed anything. We like to be spoiled when we travel and we get that from the first contact till the time we get home with Lori.

Passenger Princesses girls trip
Lori did a fantastic job selecting/recommending the resort that we stayed at for our 2025 Girls' Trip - beautiful resort, spacious, clean rooms, delicious food, peaceful beaches, warm sunshine, great service - this couldn't have been a better place to unwind, relax, and catch up with friends. Not only was the resort amazing, but getting there and was smooth, easy, and seamless. Lori had all of our documents ready for all of us so that we could all essentially be "passenger princesses."
