Krystal was absolutely amazing to work with! She was incredibly thorough and patient as we worked through several iterations of our London itinerary, always making sure the trip reflected exactly what we wanted to do. She went above and beyond by sharing personal recommendations from her own experience, which made our trip feel even more special and authentic.
During our stay, a Tube strike made getting around a bit challenging, but Krystal stayed in touch and helped us find alternative routes and transportation options for each day’s plans. Her responsiveness and genuine care made a huge difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better travel agent — Krystal truly made our London trip smooth, memorable, and stress-free!
