Danube River Cruise w/ AmaWaterways
Reviewed By Dee and Dale - Budapest | Traveled to Europe
Shar did a wonderful job working with us to set up our first ever river cruise. She compared both AmaWaterways and Viking, highlighting the pros and cons of each. Once we choose Ama, she completed all the necessary paperwork to get us set up for the trip.
Shar was also very helpful when, 2 weeks before we were to leave, Ama started sending itinerary changes due to the low water level on the Danube River. She worked with Ama to clarify some of the changes and we reviewed all our options with her. Luckily, very little of our cruise was impacted and it all went smoothly. We loved it!
Shar is a very fun, efficient person to work with. Always helpful and excited for you to have a great trip. We will certainly work with her for our next adventure!

AMA River Cruise
Reviewed By eecklund - New Prague, Minnesota | Traveled to Budapest | Hungary | Europe
Shar booked our trip on river cruise (Danube) on AMA Waterways, which was above our expectations. She had everything coordinated for us, which worked perfectly. There was a "hiccup" on our departure day, when the VP, of the United States bumped us from our pre-cruise hotel in Budapest but Shar was on it and made sure that that we were aware that we were being moved to a different hotel. We really appreciated that so there was no confusion when we arrived in Budapest.
We couldn't be happier with our AMA cruise and Shar's coordination. Would definitely recommend Shar!

Amazing customer service!

I had the pleasure of working with Shar to plan my families vacation to Cancun, and she was exceptional every step of the way. From the very beginning, she was personable, upbeat, and fun to work with. Her outgoing and bubbly personality made the planning process feel exciting instead of overwhelming. Shar took the time to understand what we wanted and offered thoughtful, informative suggestions that helped shape the perfect trip. She made every detail feel easy and stress free. We had the most wonderful family vacation, and Shar played a huge role in that. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a smooth, enjoyable and well planned travel experience.

Easy, Fast, Personable and Fun
Reviewed By Jennifer Pinnow - Rosemount, MN | Traveled to Punta Cana | Dominican Republic | Caribbean
I had the pleasure of working with Shar, who was incredibly kind, patient, friendly, and always available. She consistently answered my calls and promptly returned emails—even during spring break. I was introduced to A1 through a contest I won at Mystic Lake Casino, where I received a travel voucher. I can be very particular and a bit indecisive, but Shar was extremely patient and helpful as I worked through selecting a resort. I changed my mind a couple of times, and she never hesitated to accommodate my requests and get everything booked just as I wanted. I will definitely be working with her again (sorry, Shar! ??), and I want to sincerely thank A1 for this amazing gift.
✓ I would recommend this agent to my family and friends.
