I’m a travel advisor who specializes in Vail, Colorado and the incredible mountain towns that surround it.
I’ve been coming to Vail every year since 1975, and for me, it’s more than a vacation spot - it’s a second home. Every August, for the month, I return to Vail Village to soak in its alpine charm and spend my days exploring Vail Mountain and nearby places like Glenwood Springs, Aspen, Edwards, Avon, Beaver Creek, and beyond.
I grew up skiing on Vail Mountain, so I know this region in every season, from powder-filled winters to wildflower-lined summer trails.
Over the years, Vail has become a place where I unwind, reconnect, and embrace the mountain lifestyle. I’ve rafted down the Colorado River, taken in breathtaking views from epic mountain-top adventures, and enjoyed the area’s unbeatable mix of nature, culture, and outdoor fun.
Vail is a destination that truly offers something for everyone. From skiing, snowboarding, hiking, fly fishing, and live music, to boutique shopping and scenic drives, it’s a perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. The Vail Valley is also home to 17 spectacular golf courses and an incredible network of mountain biking trails, ideal for active travelers who want to explore the outdoors on two wheels or with a set of clubs in hand.
As your travel advisor, I’ll create a custom itinerary based on your travel goals and style. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, an action-packed escape, or a bit of both, I’ll help make your trip seamless. I’ll assist with accommodations from luxury resorts, charming lodges, or private condos, plus I provide insider recommendations for local guides, dining spots, and memorable activities. In addition to Vail itself, the surrounding areas offer even more to discover.
From the healing hot springs of Glenwood Springs and the cultural richness of Aspen, to the relaxed charm of Avon and the alpine elegance of Beaver Creek, this part of Colorado is filled with scenic drives, hidden gems, and small towns full of local character.
Having spent nearly every August in the area for decades, I know how to help you experience Vail like a local, whether you’re catching a show at the Ford Amphitheater, rafting through Glenwood Canyon, or unwinding on a sunny patio after a day on the trails. If you’re dreaming of fresh mountain air, incredible views, and a thoughtfully planned getaway to one of Colorado’s most beloved regions, I’d be honored to help you plan your perfect Vail adventure.
