I'm Randal and I have been working in the travel industry since 2009. I have 27 years of customer service under my belt and I pride myself on being a friendly, caring, east coast guy! Personally I have travelled from Cypress to China and even rose a bus with a chicken in Bolivia! I have been in business class trans Pacific and Atlantic and also rode a train in Italy with no windows. So to say I am a seasoned traveller would sum things up!
