We recently embarked on a stunning cruise to Iceland and Scotland aboard the Holland America Rotterdam, and we owe much of this unforgettable journey to our travel agent, Heather Collea. From the moment we began planning, Heather’s expertise and attention to detail made all the difference. She helped us book a charming hotel in Reykjavik for the night before the cruise, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the city before our adventure began. Heather also recommended the Golden Circle Tour in Iceland, which was an absolute highlight—filled with breathtaking landscapes and fascinating history. What really impressed us was Heather’s personal experience with Holland America. Having traveled with them herself, she was able to answer every question we had about the cruise line and made us feel confident and well-prepared. Our itinerary included two stops in Iceland as well as visits to Inverness and Edinburgh, Scotland. We were so grateful to have this unique opportunity, as it’s a special route that doesn’t run often. The scenery throughout the trip was jaw-dropping, from Iceland’s otherworldly landscapes to Scotland’s rich, historic cities. The combination of natural beauty and fascinating culture made this cruise an experience we’ll never forget. Heather’s recommendations, personalized service, and thorough knowledge of both the destinations and the cruise line truly elevated our trip. We couldn’t be happier with how everything came together, and we would highly recommend Heather to anyone looking to plan a hassle-free, memorable vacation!

everythign we needed before and during is alwasy handled - Heather is the best

We don’t plan vacations often, but Heather has been a great help! She has explained many things to us that we would have had no clue about! She has gone above and beyond what she needed to do for us, and we totally appreciate that! she even helped us plan our next cruise already! We would recommend her to anyone!! And she helped us plan our family cruise years ago also!!

Heather has a vast knowledge of all Disney and Universal Studio experiences, which allows her to help plan the best trip to meet our expectations. We will also ask Heather questions and she responds quickly and thoroughly. On our trip, while at dinner, we contemplated some itinerary changes so I sent Heather some questions via email and had a response from her before dinner was done! We always feel well supported by Heather.

She was very responsive and helpful. I had several questions as we had not traveled to Disney for several years and a lot has changed. She was very patient and knowledgeable.

Heather was so easy to work with. She helped us plan the perfect honeymoon! She guided us with hotel accommodation's as well as kept us up to date with travel requirements and changes.

Heather is amazing, she is always very responsive, whether by email or phone! If I have a question, need a change made or a recommendation, she is always there! I would never use anyone else!
