Cruises

Kathy helped us work out the details on our 1st cruise in years. She was great to work with, had recommendations on parking, hotels, excursions. She even checked on us when we were delayed getting on the ship due to weather. And booking our next cruise was even easier with her.

Was very informative and very helpful with all our needs. She responded to all texts and emails right away and made our cruise so easy.

We had a close friend that decided at the last minute that she wanted to go with us on our family cruise. The cruise was already sold out, but Kathy was able to contact the cruise line and work it out so that she was added as a roommate in a room that we had already booked. She even helped her with earned vacation perks. Some agents might have said it was too late, but Kathy continued working for us throughout the entire vacation. Even after the cruise was over, she checked in with us to see how everything went. That is the above and beyond service you don't see very much anymore.

Kathy was fabulous! From the beginning it was very apparent that Kathy had the experience and expertise to handle every aspect of our vacation! She helped with planning and gave me great advice on things to do during the cruise! Very helpful and a great person to deal with!

Kathy did an outstanding job planning our Royal Caribbean cruise to the Western Caribbean aboard Star of the Seas! From the very beginning, she took the time to ask all the right questions about what we wanted from our vacation. She made sure she understood our budget, the type of stateroom we preferred, and the kinds of excursions we enjoy before making any recommendations. Thanks to her attention to detail and careful planning, everything went flawlessly. We never had to worry about the logistics because she had already taken care of them. It made the entire vacation relaxing and stress-free, exactly what a cruise should be. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, organized, and genuinely caring travel agent who will tailor your trip to your needs, I highly recommend Kathy. We'll definitely be booking our future vacations with her!

Wonderful scenery and great cruise. Jasper and his team were great bartenders

Kathy has booked multiple trips for us, and she has always given us top-tier service! No reservation is too small, and no trip is too large for her to book! She gives excellent support from start to finish!
