Anne Smith did an excellent job planning our three week trip to South Africa to visit family. We began with three nights in Paris, flew to Johannesburg and Cape Town, and ended with four nights in Amsterdam. We are older with some mobility issues and Ms. Smith took this into consideration when planning our vacation. We also needed a trip that was relatively stress-free, so she took care of every detail. She booked our airfare, the fabulous boutique hotels in in safe locations near landmarks, and limousines which met us at the airports. She took extra time to find us excellent private tours in each city. I appreciated how she constantly checked with us to make sure everything was within our budget. She definitely got us the best deals! During the trip, Ms. Smith kept track of our flights and made sure it went according to plan. I liked we had an app for our trip that included all our documents and details. Anne Smith is a stellar travel agent and I highly recommend her!

I have booked several trips with Anne Smith and have always found her to be responsive to my needs, always ready to research and find answers to any questions I have, and most importantly, provide me with a heads up about anything that I might not know. For example, on our most recent trip to Aruba the tourist card that had to be filled out in advance- she made sure that was done. There was also an occasion when our flight was so late leaving Baltimore that we missed our connection and Anne arranged an alternate flight while we were in the air.
