Linda has been our travel agent for over 10 years, She is now working with my kids as well. Every trip (over 41 by my count) has been done with exceptional service and results. She has gotten us the best deals available and if not she keeps looking until she does. We missed a connection once on a cruise out of England. We had to spend the night in Chicago.
Before we landed , she had a hotel booked, a flight the next morning, another hotel room in Oslo as the ship had left and we had to meet it at the first stop, AND got the insurance to cover it all. Has our families business for life

Linda was the best when we missed a flight to London and subsequently our ship in Dover. She arranged accommodations in Chicago for the night, a new flight to London and another flight to Oslo Norway to meet the ship for our Baltic Cruise. We would have spent hours trying to do this for ten people but Linda handled it all with grace and efficiency!
