We planned our first cruise for a family of 7 with them. We had a wonderful trip and the planning process was very smooth and stress free.! Lalona was very helpful! If I had a question(and I had MANY!) she was able to answer it and if I stumped her (rarely) she would find out and get back to me. I recommend her to anyone who asks me about a vacation ??

Tradewinds Travel Team Was incredible to work with. Planning our first cruise ever seemed a bit overwhelming at first but Lalona put us at ease! Walking us through the process, sending recommendations, and give us tips and tricks to save money along the way. It really made this process easy and lifted any of the stress off us. We pretty much just had to show up and relax. Their team is extremely knowledgeable on the best ways to book these vacations. Excursions included and they were always available to answer questions for us when it came to messages from the cruise line that can sometimes be confusing or even just filling us in on how things work on a cruise ship. I don’t think this process would have been as stress free as it was without their team. To add to the fun I was traveling with a service animal! Lalona went above and beyond to help us make sure we were comfortable and we had everything we needed for her to be with us. I couldn’t have asked for more. We loved this trip and the Tradewinds Travel Team and will be booking with them again for our next vacation. Definitely recommend!
