I have worked with numerous travel agents but none rival the service we have received with Clarissa Sykes. Her attention to detail is unmatched. She remembers the small details as well as the big important ones. I was quite pleasantly surprised to arrive at our destination and she had taken care of making sure my husband had distilled water for his cpap machine. She had remembered that from a previous trip we planned with her. She has now planned multiple vacations for us and each one was lacking nothing. We contacted Clarissa and discussed the options for a multiple family trip to Orlando. We wanted the complete theme park experience the area offered. We wanted time in Disney with a transition to Universal. She put together a proposal that allowed us to stay on property in Disney, have time to visit each park, and have a special holiday evening experience in the park. She guided us through the process to use my points to secure rooms in a hotel convenient to the Universal Parks.
