Ramon was so amazing to work with from start to finish. He was very informative and quick to respond. He made the process of getting everything lined up for my family's cruise easy for me. He checked in with me a few times when it was closer to the time of departure to make sure he could help me with anything I needed. He was so delightful everytime we spoke and he never got irritated with my 100 questions. He always put me at ease and was so knowledgeable. Also, he speaks both Spanish and English very well which comes in handy. I highly recommend using Ramon. He is a wonderful travel agent.
