Very knowledgeable. The whole process was very easy. Sarah made sure to keep us informed throughout the months leading up to our Cancun vacation. Sending information and tips on the area and places to visit or not to visit. Sarah was willing to answer questions at anytime. On the day of our flight going to Mexico the flight was delayed and it looked as though we would not make our connecting flight. We contacted Sarah and she immediately started looking at options to remedy the problem and gave advice on how to work the issue. In the end the airline was able to switch our flight and get us there around the originally scheduled time.

Magical Disney Vacation!

Sarah McClure was a pleasure to work with regarding our recent trip to Walt Disney World. Since so much has changed at Disney World, Sarah helped us navigate all the changes and answered all the numerous questions we had about our upcoming trip. Honestly, we would never have been able to do all the early planning without Sarah's help. She was always available to answer all our many questions, and did so patiently and cheerfully. There's so many things she did to help make our trip so very special, such as helping with the transportation between the airport and the hotel, chose the beautiful Disney resort where we stayed, made dinner reservations for us, and help set up the Memory Maker. 3 Times a Charm

There are SO many aspects/challenges to our trip it will be hard to relate all of the efforts that Sarah put forth to insure our family had a once in a life time experience.
Sarah's efforts began in late summer 2019 and as a result of the pandemic she scheduled our trip to Disney World 3 times.
She booked the original schedule in April 2020.
When COVID-19 struck and we entered into "3 weeks to flatten the curve", Disney World modified their operations and put into place restrictions and some incentives to keep people from abandoning their plans. Sarah rebooked our vacation in accordance with the new plan (booking #2). Before we could take our trip, Disney World shut down entirely and Sarah rebooked our vacation for the 3rd time!! We finally made our trip a year late (April 2021) and from the time we landed until we took off from Orlando the trip was flawless. We give our strongest endorsement of Sarah and plan to use her again when we plan our next trip.

Family Dream trip

Sarah made our family vacation happen with so little worry. She talked to us to find out the things that were most important to us and made sure they happened. We really enjoyed working with Sarah and will definitely use her again. Her attention to details really helps make a trip perfect, she thinks of everything. When the hotel had a small problem with the "family room" we had reserved (not Sarah's fault), Sarah called the hotel directly while we went to the beach and by the time we came back they had resolved the issue. We ended up with 2 adjoining rooms in their exclusive Ali'i tower. We also had a good experience with the car rental she did for us, while everyone else was negotiating and the rental agents were scrambling to find a car, we already had ours ready for us and waiting. We were in and out the door with our key very quickly. We look forward to booking many trips in the future with Sarah and we appreciate her so much.

The reason our trip was amazing

Unfortunately the week of our Disney trip hurricane Dorian raised his ugly head. We had never been to Disney, never had the threat of a hurricane trying to ruin our trip, and never had planned a trip using a travel planner. Thank God for Sarah. Together we watched the weather, had many all hours calls, and made decisions together that helped to make this the absolute best trip of our lives. Before our weather woes Sarah made sure we had all of the information needed to make a informed decision on resorts, restaurants, and fast passes.
