Nola helped every step of the way. She booked us on Star of the Seas and she answered all my questions she went above and beyond and even sent me pics of when she sailed on the boat... she is always just a msg away and is so knowledgeable. that fact that she seems like a long lost friend adds even another layer of excellent service... she is soooo kind and sooooo helpful... I've never used a travel agent befor but she was amazing... we have since now booked another vacation with her...Love her!!!

I rarely use travel Agents. However due to a Family Reunion with 38 members, we contacted Nola to help us through the many obstacles a cruise can put us through. Nola far exceeded our expectations. She was always available. Never were we left hanging. She helped us no matter the questions. I cannot even imagine doing this again without her help.

Nola was INCREDIBLE helping us plan the perfect family reunion cruise for 35+ people from 4 different states. She helped from the very beginning, almost 2 years prior to departure, to help narrow down the perfect cruise ship and ports for us, helping get us all the different cabin types almost entirely on the same deck, and extra perks. Nola helped us with literally every single detail, calmed every concern, answered every family members messages promptly. Nola is caring, thoughtful with extra touches, excellent communication and follow through. 100% recommend Nola.

I have used large travel agencies in the past for help with cruises, Disney and even a 30 day Euro Trip, and every single one has fallen short in regard to assistance, planned accommodations, etc. I swore them off and started doing my own planning, that was better than what they had offered me. That all changed when I met Nola Jones. I had posted in a Facebook Cruise group that I was planning a cruise for 30 people out of Galveston, TX and all the TAs started reaching out like sharks circling their prey in the water and I was batting them away as quick as I could. Nola took a different approach, rather than trying to score a commission, she used her southerm charm and just offered me a hand by giving me some advice rather trying to book me. We connected thru DMs, which eventually moved to phone calls, and ultimately ended in me finding trust with this person. I quickly realized that her information and experience were an invaluable tool for what I was planning, so I chose to use her as a travel agent. Her handling of my group was second to NONE, and turned out to be a blessing. She ultimately planned the entire cruise for my group of 30 and dealt with each family on their own, and believe me, if you knew my Framily you would know what that meant. Since that cruise, Nola has become my vacation planner, not just for cruises, but other vacations as well. Once you use her, you will never not use her, so if you read this long, heed my advice and call her!

I wanted to travel agent to set up a cruise and got in touch with Nola. She was awesome and helping us locate a state room at a better price than I could’ve found and at keeping an eye on prices and specials as they came up so we ended up with an on board credit and a better price than we originally started with. I was so pleased with her help in the cruise. We did in January 2025 that I now have her helping me with a cruise in October 2026 and again she has been absolutely awesome keeping an eye out for those specials and just being so very helpful and answering any questions that I may have I would highly recommend her to anyone
