We went on a CIE tour of Ireland. I believe it was a new company for the travel shop. Brett and Twila did an excellent job in answering all our questions and also booking pre and post tour hotels. A total stress free adventure.

We have used Brett and The Unity Travel Shoppe for many years, typically 2 trips a year. We have never gone to the same place twice as there are so many wonderful places to see and visit. Always have wonderful resorts to pick from that are within our budget and top notch. Thanks Brett , see you soon!

I personally like to book our vacations with a travel agent. Brett and staff are extremely knowledgeable and honest about places to book with even giving their own personal experiences if they have been to the same destination. If there is a problem Brett is efficient with handling any of our concerns in a timely matter. We recently booked a trip to Mexico for Christmas. I went in with the dates and a resort that I had in mind and he came back with different options and a better price point. I would not hesitate to book with Brett again as we have used him multiple times over the years.

Brett was so helpful finding us a great trip to Mexico, last minute! Promptly answered questions and was always friendly.

We had the best time in Nashville! We gave The Travel Shoppe a loose itinerary & asked them to find us flights & accommodations for our trip. They provided a few options & they ended up booking us at the Omni which was right off Broadway & perfect walking distance for concerts at the Ryman & Schermerhorn Symphony Orchestra, as well as the football stadium, hockey arena & the many bars/restaurants on Broadway. Our flights were seamless & at a time when there was much potential for volatility in air travel Brett assured me that in case of emergency at home he would answer my call at 2am to get us there. It wasn’t ‘our first rodeo’ using Brett & the team to book a holiday. We had the absolute best time & will not hesitate to book again & again with Unity Travel Shoppe!
