It was our first time ever going to Roatan after years of going to Mexico to snorkel and felt like we had seen everything there We knew Roatan would be beautiful and when we found a direct flight there we jumped on it. There was a connecting flight on the way back but by then we knew we would be relaxed and willing to take our time coming home The resort was beautiful , our adventures in the water ( which we could step off every morning from our beach) were amazing and the staff were all so very happy and not with a forced smile at all. Pure and genuine! We hated to leave to much to our surprise we ended up right back at our resort the next night as well. Unfortunately our flight got cancelled and Louise was the saving grace for not only us but all the people we were talking to at the airport. Louise didn’t know it but she kept more than just me from being calm knowing she was going to have our situation dealt with in the quickest way possible all along keeping me in the loop so I didn’t have to worry about next steps. We ended up back at our same resort with all our new airport friends and had a wonderful night and a chatty transfer back to the airport the next morning! Who knew a circumstance like that would be so much fun!
