Andrea is very knowledgeable, understanding, and very helpful. Andrea did a great job at ensuring that my children were a room next to me. If I would have booked the cruise on my own, my kids would have been across the hall diagonally. Andrea made sure to ease my mind when it came down to last minute cancellations. She made sure I was aware of any refunds I could receive due to some of my party canceling on me last min. Andrea has been wonderful, she saved us so much money booking with her! The Chubb insurance was cheaper than what I was getting if I would have booked the cruise on my own. We are so thankful for her and her help. We will book with her on our next trip either in 2027 or 2028! We had a blast at Honduras, costa maya and Cozumel because of Andrea! She also threw in some little decor for our trip just because she’s so sweet!

We were traveling with our 9 month old for the first time. Doing plane, hotel and cruise can be very anxious for first time parents but Andrea made it super easy for us. She made sure we had what we needed ahead of schedule and took out a lot of the busy work for me.

Andrea was so extremely helpful with not only the booking process of our first cruise together but my husband has some health issues that require him to eat a very specific diet and Andrea made sure that we were taken care of!! I recommend using Andrea for every vacation!!!!
