I can not say enough wonderful things about K.C. Sapp! She made planning this trip effortless which in turn made our vacation the most magical celebration. From finding us the best deal to helping book a special dinner at Cinderella's castle down to the smallest detail of renting a stroller for the week, K.C. Sapp made sure we were all set to start having fun as soon as we arrived. She will be our go to travel agent for all of our vacations!

I can not say enough about our agent K.C. Sapp! We are going on a Family trip to Disneyworld and couldn't have done it without her. From booking us transportation from the airport too booking the hotel. Getting our tickets. Securing our room preference etc. She is very knowledgeable and had great suggestions, especially because we are taking our 5 and 6 year old grandchildren. You will not be disappointed!

KaSandra was absolutely amazing! She made planning our Disney cruise effortless and was incredibly responsive via both text and email. She helped us book Disney transport to the cruise, a 3 night cruise, one extra night at a Disney resort and our transport from resort back to the airport. Super helpful when trying to navigate moving a 4 & 6 year old around with car seat needs etc. She answered all of my questions quickly and patiently, never once making me feel like I was asking too much. KaSandra also shared helpful tips and details we never would have known otherwise. Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine kindness made the entire process stress-free and truly magical. We couldn’t have asked for a better Disney Vacationeer and will book again with her soon!

Hey k.c,  just wanted to say thank you for helping us plan that trip. It was an amazing time and the hojo in Anaheim was probably the best hotel we stayed at in Disneyland. Book her book her book her you will not regret it!!

K.C. -Thank you so much for all your hard work and expertise planning our Disney Cruise! It will not be the last for sure! The reminder messages about booking windows and check in were so helpful. Our little girl was treated like a princess every day by the cast members. We did not anticipate how good the shows and Banana soft serve was going to be! Where else can you just bump into Cinderella, Belle or Tiana walking in through halls and have a random conversation with them? I never thought a Disney trip could have been so relaxing. Thanks for helping us make those magical memories happen. Please keep us in the loop if you see any promotions we won’t want to miss. You’re the best!- The Kellerman’s

Traveling to Disney with an infant, toddler and 4 adults is challenging in the best of circumstances. This was the BEST experience (and we’ve been to Disney many times!) No detail was too small and every request was honored and handled professionally, efficiently and with kindness!
